Whether for a high specification complete refurbishment or a budget level face lift, clients projects often require Planning Permission and/or Building Control Approval from the local borough authority. E-vision Concept can assist clients with negotiating the various hurdles for these requirements in order that current restrictions and regulations are satisfied and hence the works achieve the necessary permissions.
PLANNING DRAWINGS
Through its experience of creating AutoCad file drawings E-Vision Concept is experienced at preparing the necessary scale drawings required by local authority planning departments when seeking permissions, or as required by building contractors for quote and contracted work purposes. Clients can request this service independent of other services we offer.
LAYOUT PLANNING
E-Vision Concept can also offer layout planning where the client has a set of requirements they would like to achieve but cannot do so with their existing property layout. Through consultation and site visits we look to advise on how the layout can be re-arranged both through structural and non structural alterations and produce plan drawings for the client.
