E-Vision Concept has a portfolio of properties based in Central London. With a range of quality properties to rent, we manage all aspects of the process. Our aim is that tenants enjoy their relationship with us so that even if their property needs change they will often chose to stay in another of our properties whether down or up sizing or changing location.

As members of the Residential Landlords Association we are always up to date with the latest legislation. We can advise on all legal aspects of your tenancy and advise on the best course of action.
We have been letting property for 15 years and our aim is to provide close personal service to all tenants. We have a user friendly approach and each tenant deals with our office direct. Through viewing, tenancy signing, and moving in, we guarantee a one on one service.
Tenancies are generally for 12 months on a standard Assured Shorthold Tenancy with one months rent paid in advance each month. Utility Bills and Council Tax are not included in the cost of the tenancy and a deposit of 6 weeks of the rent is collected and held in a required government scheme. By dealing direct with us as the landlords there are no extra fees and no hidden agents costs.
