This project involved extensions to the loft and rear of the property to add about 33% extra floor space. This end of terrace house was initially a 2.5 bedroom house of small proportions and with one dark living room and a small kitchen.

The client wished to achieve a modern family home with contemporary features to maximize the large end plot on which the building was situated as well as the unrestricted natural light this aspect offered.

The side return and rear extension along with loft extension resulted in a 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom house with large living room to the front and rear open plan kitchen/dining/reception room.

Upon completion it was a stunning property over 3 floors with driveway and garden and the additional benefit of huge office/studio/playroom to the rear of the garden.
